Once you have a prototype, you need to evaluate the design, make final changes, and get the 2D drawings finished. The 2D drawings contain a lot of information, including part revision, material, color and finish specifications, critical dimensions, inspection criteria, approval requirements, packaging, assembly and shipping requirements.

If you don’t have a 3D and 2D recipe, you will not be understood. You need both for success.
